SES Pennant ended today, with Settlers Run hosting the final. Settlers Run Golf & Country Club and Sandhurst the last teams standing after many rounds at various courses.
With beautiful conditions, Sandhurst sure did bring their A game today just losing 5.5 to 4.5 to Settlers Run Golf & Country club. This is the first win for Settlers Run Golf & Country Club in SES short history and we could not be prouder.
Settlers Run would like to thank Jim Pinirou for his efforts this year as the SES Manager, a lot of hard work goes into organising a team like this and doesn’t go unnoticed.
The team members were in no particular order, Craig Bell, Ken Briggs, Steve Dawson, Allan Dunne, Alan Dykes, Joe Hauselberger, John Heathcote, Kris Hunter, George Johnson, Stephen Nicholls, Jim Pinirou, Chris Valli, Charles Van Bakel. Congratulations to all teams and let’s hope that Settlers Run Golf & Country Club can have the same result next year.
