I just wanted to take some time to say a very big thank you from both Matt and I for doing everything you could to make our day as special as possible. Not having a lot of spare time between the two of us, it was so helpful to know that we had someone reminding us what needed to be done and assisting us with the things that all needed to come together to contribute to our special day. From the moment we went to look at Settlers Run we knew that it was the place we wanted to get married and you made us feel incredibly welcome. Emma, you were so knowledgeable, friendly, professional, personable, helpful and most importantly approachable. There isn’t a time that I can remember when anything was too much trouble for you and never once did we feel uncomfortable asking for anything whilst discussing the finer details of the day. On the details I became a little stuck on, you provided the guidance I needed while making sure that everything was what we wanted. On the day everything was handled in a fun and friendly manner while staying completely professional. Kevin was also awesome and helped us stay comfortable, relaxed and happy to make sure that we were enjoying our day and not letting it overwhelm us! We have had lots of feedback from friends saying how amazing the food was and the venue and we feel completely the same…although we both can’t remember eating a single thing! Haha To be honest, it’s really hard to put into words how much we would like to thank you. You listened to our ideas, understood who we were and what we were about as a couple and made sure that was translated into our wedding day. You took the time to listen and to make sure that amongst all the madness, when we were probably lost in the moment, you and your staff were working behind the scenes to make sure that everything fell into place.
